CONCEIVE

A Holistic 6-Month Fertility Support Program — Led by Casey Hartell, DNP, CNM, WHNP, a Trusted Midwife in Women's Health & Fertility Care

You've Tried the Apps. The Supplements. The Advice From Everyone Who's "Been There."

Trying to conceive can feel like guessing in the dark — tracking your cycle, cutting out caffeine, taking a handful of vitamins you found online, and still not knowing why it isn't happening yet. Generic advice treats every body the same. Yours isn't.

Conceive starts with a different question: not "what should everyone do," but "what is your body actually telling us?"

A Program Built Around You, Not a Checklist

Conceive is a 6-month program pairing personalized lab work, monthly one-on-one appointments with Casey (DNP, CNM, WHNP), and ongoing support between appointments, so every recommendation you get is built around your actual results, not a one-size-fits-all fertility plan.

Conceive Is Not:

  • A generic vitamin or supplement plan
  • An app that tells you when to have sex
  • A fast-track or substitute for fertility treatment if you need it

Conceive Isn't a Supplement Subscription. It's Not a Tracking App. It's Not IVF.

Conceive Is:

  • Personalized clinical care from a licensed provider and certified nurse midwife
  • A holistic, evidence-based approach to getting pregnant, built around your labs, nutrition and cycle.
  • Six months of real support, adjusted as your body responds

How Conceive Works, Month by Month

1

Step 1 — Your 90-Minute Initial Appointment

A deep-dive first session covering your history, your goals, and your labs — the foundation everything else is built on.

2

Step 2 — Your Personalized Plan

A few weeks after your first appointment, your labs are in and Casey builds a plan around exactly what your results show. Not a template, not a generic protocol.

3

Step 3 — Monthly 1-Hour Appointments, Cycle by Cycle

Six monthly appointments, in-person or virtual, so your plan evolves in real time as your body changes.

4

Step 4 — Support Between Appointments

Unlimited Mobile Midwife access via the app, so a question at week 2 doesn't have to wait until your next appointment.

Why We Start Tracking Your Cycles

Before we talk about diet, timing, or supplements, Casey wants you to actually understand your own cycle — not guess at it. That means learning the Fertility Awareness Method: tracking your daily basal body temperature and cervical fluid to pinpoint your real fertile window, or to gather the data Casey needs to troubleshoot a hormone imbalance. This isn't a worksheet you're handed and left to figure out on your own — Casey trains you 1-on-1 until you've got it down.

Personalized lab work rounds out the picture, giving Casey a clear look at hormone patterns, thyroid function, nutrient levels, and more. Between what your cycle is telling us and what your labs show, Casey builds a plan around you: exactly what to focus on, what to change, and what to leave alone. No generic protocol. No guessing games — just a clear, personalized approach based on your own body.

Conceive FAQ

What exactly does Conceive include?

A 90-minute initial appointment, a month one lab results appointment where Casey walks you through your labs and your customized plan, six monthly 1-hour appointments (in-person or virtual), personalized lab work, a cycle tracking review, personalized nutrition guidance, and unlimited Mobile Midwife access between appointments.

How much does Conceive cost?

Enroll by November 30, 2026 and Conceive is $1,800 paid in full, or $316/month for 6 months ($1,900 total). After that, it's $2,100 paid in full, or $350/month for 6 months. If you get pregnant early, unused program funds can roll into your home birth package or early pregnancy appointments.

Do I need a referral or a diagnosis to start?

No. Conceive is for anyone who's trying to conceive and wants personalized, one-on-one support, whether you're just getting started or you've been trying for a while.

Can my appointments be virtual?

Yes, your monthly appointments can be in-person or virtual, whichever fits your life better.

What if I get pregnant during the program?

Wonderful news. We'll talk through your next steps together. Any unused program funds can roll into your home birth package, or into early pregnancy appointments, education, and coordination with the OB of your choice.

What if I'm not pregnant after 6 months?

You choose what's next: take a break, continue with Casey via monthly appointments, get a referral to a fertility clinic, or add IUI if it's appropriate for you. Conceive is support, not a guarantee, and Casey will be honest with you about what your results show.

Is Conceive covered by insurance?

Wild Moon is a cash-pay practice and isn't in-network with insurance. FSA/HSA cards are accepted, and both payment options are available regardless.
